If you do it from within the invoice and it contains an attachment, both will send. But if you send invoices using the Print/Email invoices function on your command centre, the attachments don't send. I have tried this by emailing through both methods to myself before sending to the client. (I do want the attachments to send ;) !) Problem I have found since the business verification and inclusion of secure payment function. When 'cash sale' invoices are emailed, even after removing the body of the auto generated message, the recipient gets an option to 'view unpaid invoices on your account'. This is not ideal, as the other invoices which may be open on the account likely do not belong to that particular customer. It would be great if we could turn this function off in cases like this when needed, as it is really a security problem. I looked as per your recommendations, but couldn't see anything amiss. Dates were all correct and he hadn't been paid for the hours previously. Start day of Monday for the week is correct also. Simply altered he hours in the process payroll area back up to 25, happy days! Thanks Carolyn Timesheet hours greyed out This is only happening for one employee, all other timesheets are fine. I noted when starting to process pays that the timesheet hours didn't match. Coming up as 11.25 hours, when timesheet is for 25 hours. Looking back into his timesheet, hours area greyed out. Timesheet dates and Process payroll dates are correct (week 16-22 June). I know I can manually change the number of hours he is being paid to 25 if I continue to process as usual, but I want to make sure this is not going to have a detrimental effect somewhere in the background? Can someone please explain why this is happening? I looked at historical cases of similar, but the answers didn't make much sense to me. When approving lines in the bank feed, it takes hours for the lines to mark as approved. I have to sit there and watch the little spinning icons so I can go back and check that all transactions are approved. Please help! Recurring transactions not recurring Hi all I have always noticed but never thought to ask here... I have some monthly automatic payments set up as recurring transactions. Is there any reason why randomly some will not recur? I process my monthly bank statement and usually i have to manually create the payment (using the RT window) and always go back in to make sure the next payment date is correct in the schedule. It is not that same transactions every time.
