ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Downloading bank file error We have had clients with the same issue. They never had an error before so we checked all the employee details and made sure the bank account had the right information. Still causing issues. I'll be logging another case for the problem. Natasha Re: only email more than 20 statements? even when your only trying to email 19?!?!?!? I just came across this post after a client mentioned the same thing this morning. It is ridiculous that it is set up this way. When a client has over 200 statements that need to go out, they do not have the time to do "19" at a time. They also mentioned that they do not get the confirmation email that used to come out stating that they were sent successfully. Some days I wish we could roll back software like we can with windows updates. Re: Invoice App AmandaMYOB I find it very difficult as a MYOB Partner to promote the MYOB software to tradie clients and any client that invoice directly at job sites if the app isn't functional. I shouldn't have to ask a client "is your phone 32-bit or 64-bit". Most people have no idea. Surely there is a timeframe. All the other MYOB software is receiving constant updates, surely this one should follow suit. The latest version of the app was pushed out over a year ago. MYOB should put on Google Play and the App Store that it only works with 32-bit Android Devices. Re: Invoice App I know this is 4 months after the last post on this issue, but has anyone had this problem solved? I have clients who have just purchased new Samsung phones and the app does not work at all. It defeats the purpose of having an "on-the-go" app for tradies.
