2024 Company Tax Return - Trust Distributions
Hi, I am preparing a company tax return that has received trust distributions. In the trust distributions schedule, the trust type has been selected but it doesn't show on the main page. When I try to validate the tax return, it gives me an error saying that there must be an indicator where trust distributions have been received. I don't think trust distributions can be entered manually, without a schedule. Any help will be appreciated.27Views0likes1Commenttax return showing as rejected but lodged with ATO
we have had a couple of individual returns lodged and they show as being rejected with error CMN.ATO.IITR.EM0053 - Car Expenses - Total business kilometers (cents per km method only) allowable has been exceeded The returns are showing as lodged on the ATO portal and neither return has exceeded the motor vehicle claim amount. Just wondering if there is any known fix for this or will we just wait for 2024 tax rollout170Views0likes2CommentsTax Return Rollover Failed
Hi, We have a company client overdued 3 years tax returns. When we tried to rollover the return from 2020 to 2021, we can't complete the Year End Routine. No matter which options I choose below and press OK, this screen will pop up again. If I press Cancel, it will show as Rollover_Failed. I tried to rollover other client's tax return and seems their rollover of 2021 FY are fine. Anyone knows how to solve this problem? Thank you. I have a company return we lodged in May, that went through the normal process and the PLS report shows the return was lodged and accepted by the ATO as usual. However when on the client in the Online Services for Agents the ATO is still showing the return is not received and the return obviously now overdue. Is this an error with MYOB AO, do I try and manually change the return and lodge it again or is it more likely an issue with the ATO and try and contact them?47Views0likes1CommentMYOB AO (AUS) moving from own server to cloud
We are considering moving our Myob Ao software currently hosted in our own server to the cloud. Does anyone has any comments, pros and cons? I have read Myob articles in their knowledge base section and would be interested in your experience in transitioning to the cloud. We are licensed for 3 users. Thanks.56Views0likes0Comments
