Issues with image uploads
I'm having an issue with photo uploads to some item pages. When I upload an image it will appear fine and then when I click away to another page and back again it will become tiny (see attached image). I am starting to suspect it is an upload error on MYOB's side as I have tried multiple ways of troubleshooting in my attempt to fix it but there is also no real correlation between the images that won't upload correctly and the ones that will. I know that images can't be larger than 200kb so the ones that I needed to upload that had bigger file sizes were compressed, however, this is not something I did to all the images that came out tiny and most of the ones that were compressed work perfectly. I tried saving them in different file types but there is no pattern emerging that it is caused by a PNG rather than a JPEG for example. I thought to screenshot the original image and then upload the screenshot but that made no difference. I have edited the pixels to be 100 as is MYOB's preferred size and it has not had any effect, I have uploaded several images with larger pixel sizes that have uploaded perfectly with no compression or resizing or resolution issues to speak of so it's not a case of pixel size either. I really don't know what else to try, has anyone else had this issue? Does any one know of a way to fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How to get help from my.MYOB
I have two questions. I used to be able to search the "Knowledge Base" when I logged into my.MYOB.That doesn't appear to work anymore. All I see is "MYOB AE/AO support.How can we help you?" Which doesn't help. How do I get help from MYOB? How do I get help/instructions with Inventory regarding Consignment Stock as a Consignor? I have found an article posted by "Support Note Guy" back in 2016. This post has examples but there are no images. Is there any updated versions? What happened to all the instructions that used to be available? Is "Ask the Community" all that we can use? There is nothing wrong with that as I have found this area extremely helpful but it seems that MYOB is passing the buck. MYOB doesn't seem to provide much help anymore. Unless it is in a place that I don't know about. Thanking in advance for any assistance. Regards, Lea

Inventory count error
I have just noticed that the inventory quantity of an item remains static if entering/adjusting transactions for an earlier date, and the quantity is changed to earlier dates eg i should have 10 in stock, and a month ago i had 15 and i sold 5. I had to adjust an invoice to increase the quantity sold by 1 to 6 and now the quantity i have is still 10, but is says a month ago i had 16. This is going to have major issues to my balance sheet. Is there anyone who knows why this is happening ? thank you Sylvia

Donate inventory
Hi, We are a wholesaling business and from time to time we donate our inventory to charitable organisations. I need to know how I can record the donation as a donation expense and also update the inventory and COGS. I use the inventory feature in AccountRight.

Restrict access to Analyse Inventory (Detail) report via Item Information window
Hi, I have disabled access to all reports for some users, but they are still able to access the Analyse Inventory report via the item information window. The arrows next to committed, on order and available, should not be accessible, they were able to be disabled in AR19 if the function of "Analyse inventory" was disabled for the user. The fact that access is restricted when you try to click on the arrows next to quantity on hand and current value makes me feel like this is an oversight.

Turning off Inventory Tracking
Hi Is there a way to bulk disable "I inventory this item" for all items in the items list? Currently we have an inventory list of 2500 items, we do not use MYOB for inventory tracking however historically our file has been set up this way. This causes errors when an item reaches negative inventory. Many thanks

Stock age report / Dead stock report
Hi, Is there a report that I can produce that identifies stock/inventory sitting on the shelf pre a certain date. We want to identify how long an Item(s) have been on the shelf in order to tag as "Dead" or "Aged" stock. Thanks

AccountRight Item list custom columns
Not sure how long the feature has been there, but have just discovered in the Items list of my inventory I can select columns to add. My bug is 1. there appears to be no way to save that layout and 2. my Custom Fields have the name Custom Field or List, not the names I have assigned to them in the List options. Any solutions or anything I am missing?
