Tap and go payment taken but invoice says unpaid?
Hi all, I took a card payment using the tap and go feature on the app yesterday. It came up with the tick and everything as usual to say it had gone through and I moved on to my next job not thinking much of it. I have been doing some invoices this morning and have just seen that the invoice said unpaid? Of course I can’t check my income list as for some stupid reason these payments don’t show (hey MYOB can we change this??) and I won’t get the money for about a week as usually it takes a while to come through. I just don’t want to contact my client without checking if anyone on here knows anything about this issue or has experienced it before first. Thanks!34Views1like2CommentsInvoice Item Discounts?
Is there any way to add line item discounts without having to manually adjust the price to the discounted price? My business has tiered discounts based on qty of products ordered and it helps to communicate to the customer if the full price/discount is clearly visible on the invoice. If not is it something that is planned for a future update? I know it is something you can do in the MYOB Lite version so was hoping it may be present in this app but finding functionality wise the invoicing is even more striped back than a lot of basic invoice apps. Is it possible to customize the invoice reminders? I’d like to set invoice reminders if they actually do become over due but currently the setting is for a few days before, the day of and a day after. Is it possible to set it to send a reminder if it isn’t received by the next following business day? Hi So ive uploaded my receipts digitally because thats what the apps are supposed to be for. It seems like i dont have any options to download them when i go into each individual expense, is this some sort of error or am i missing something? Received a bill through outlook email. never had MYOB but this bill was powered by myob so I signed up for solo and linked my account with all details but I still couldn’t see the bill. so I then signed up for MYOB business, unlinked and relinked and still couldn’t see the bill. On this invoice the bank details of the supplier are not seen, so I cannot manually or simply log into my bank (Netbank) and pay it. i have uploaded the document as a pdf to “bills” and still don’t see “pay bill”. the only time this has been successful is for the test bill that MYOB charged me $11.10 for. 4 days of trying. 20 hours of effort countless tutorials 45minute phone call with MYOB professional. no help. hoping the community can answer this one. dothlife51Views0likes1Comment
