Setup: Recurring transactions in MYOB Essentials
Good morning Could you kindly advise if the following items are possible in LiveAccounts - or can be added to the development list? - Can we have recurring transactions for sales, bills, spend money & receive money Thank you Heidi107KViews468likes226CommentsStatements: Ability to personalise statement (i.e. add Logo)
Please can we have the ability to customise our forms, invoices and statements etc? I want to be able to include my logo on my statements. I'd love to be able to add to my invoices a paypal (or other) web address for people wanting to pay by credit card. I'd like to be able to change the wording on emailed invoices. Arrrgh. So frustrating! 'MYOB LIVE customised forms and templates ... my way!"51KViews216likes82CommentsOnline Payments: Credit Card Surcharge
Can there be a check box added that willautomatically add the fee's associated with Pay Direct Online to the invoice if i choose to pass them on. Once checked it should add a disclaimer to the invoice that a 2.2% + 0.25 cent transaction fee applies to all payments processed through this service. Then when thecustomer selects view invoice they should be presented with 2 options: firstly - print and pay (direct debit/cheque) the normal invoice amount secondly - a pay now button that has the service charges added, which should also clearly state they are MYOB charges. The pay now button would need toautomatically generate an updated or a standalone invoice for the transaction fee's "PayDirect Online"23KViews105likes41CommentsSales: Unpaid invoice reminder notice
Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - Setup>>Company Information What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRightalesIn MYOB essentials, having atab/button on invoices that have past the due date allowing a single click "late notice" to be sent would be very helpful. Or even an option to send reminder notices every xxx days automatically. This could be a simple one off form or (even better) a form that could be customised along with the invoices themselves in the options menu. In some circumstances the ability to add a late fee dollar amount or % would be useful. I look forward to an update if possible,I would assume others may share this view too. Thanks!14KViews100likes18CommentsSales: Invoice line without value
There needs to be an option in invoice settings whereby the first line can be text only without having to allocate an account, tax type or amount. Currently I have to allocate an account, tax type and zero $value to a text only line. For example I wish to give details of the job completed and then in subsequent lines record the hours worked and materials used. An option similar to Account Right whereby you can insert a Header line without a $value.9.9KViews99likes15CommentsSales: Email received confirmation
Client suggestion I have another suggestion that has caused us a few hiccups. When you send an invoice via email you have no way of knowing if it got to them. I guess what I mean is, if the email address has been entered imperfectly then there is no "Mail Delivery Error" or similar to let you know. And as most clients dont reply saying they've received an invoice, you just assume they have until they havent paid, and you resend and same happens. We have had 3 instances now, one a typo on my part, another someone texted their email address incorrectly (so my several times rechecking didnt help), and another went to someone's old address that they have an autoreply on but we didnt receive it. I'm sure it's unlucky we've had so many, but I imagine it must happen to others occassionally as well. I wonder if you could add it to the "feedback" list? "Email received confirmation please?"14KViews71likes18CommentsReports: Inclusion of Payables with tax and Receivables with Tax
Could we please have reports of Payables with Tax and Receivables with Tax as per AccountRight included in Essentials? I think that most Essentials customers report GST on a cash basis. One of the checks I perform before submitting a BAS is to check the balances of the GST Collected and GST Paid accounts against the amounts to be reported in the BAS. With non-cash reporting, the two should match so that's easy. With cash reporting the difference should be the GST on outstanding payables and receivables at the end of the quarter. Hence I would really appreciate this report being available in MYOB Essentials so that I can complete this check.12KViews70likes26Comments
