Copy Portal message to Document Manager in AE
Hi when I send a client his tax return on the Portal, I generally put a LOT of information in the message, you know, the arse-covering stuff I have to put in the letters nowadays to keep the accounting bodies and TPB happy. I want to retain this in my document manager, but I cannot figure out how to do so. Does anyone have any clues?????SolvedAnnual Reports Table of Contents print sequence
Hello We are currently using Accountants Office (version 22.0.0a) and want to know how to get the Table of Contents to print first when printing the Annual Reports. At the moment it is printing last and we have to send the report to PDF Manager, de-select the pages, and then re-select in the sequence we want. Thank youSolvedMacro worksheet
Hi Our practice uses Accountants Desktop generated cashbooks and other spreadsheets for our workpapers. These can have macro's within the file to automate actions. We are unable to upload these files to MYOB Practice or vice versa from the client as it is not a supported file. Is there a reason why these types of files are not supported and if security is an issue, is there a way to make the file secure to use in MYOB Practice? Should I be able to request digital signatures on documents sent to my clients from with my partner dashboard? This was my understanding after watching & rewatching the online learning, and seeing a live demonstration at MYOB head office in Brisbane last month. I have spent hours and hours over the last 6 weeks contacting support to have my dashboard function, and today I've been told that signatures are not available unless we have document manager. Isn't document manager part of the practice dashboard? The information online shows that digital signature request is a feature available without AE/AO. If someone can please help clarify this, that would be great. Support have only just added the 'upload document' button and 'document profiles' to my dashboard practice default, after I had to troubleshoot & tell them what I could identify was missing, so I am unsure what to believe. Attached is a screenshot from myob's website confirming that signatures are available via the dashboard without AE/AO. Appreciate advice.Solved99Views0likes1Comment
