HELP: CANNOT PAY EMPLOYEES (URGENT)
No transactions found in the 'prepare electronic payments' page to download the ABA file after recording a pay run. I’ve recorded a pay run today (20/5) for last week’s wages (12/5-18/5). However, the ‘prepare electronic payments’ page doesn’t show any transactions anymore that I can select to download an ABA bank file and pay my staff. It used to be there for all previous pay runs. When I toggle the date to historic transactions, the transactions are no longer there either. My pay run for 20/05: What it looks like when I go to prepare wage payments and see the prepare electronic payments page: nsactions found, so I can't download the bank file. Please help me fix this as soon as possible as wage payments are being delayed. Thank you126Views0likes5CommentsError for too many payments when processing electronic payments
Hello there. We have had this problem for a few years. Since we upgraded to AccountRight on the cloud the Electronic Payments only allowed us to select up to 42 payments in one batch to print the payment summary. This has changed to 36 payments after we upgraded to 2024.4 last week. Is this some sort of bug or any setting for payment security in the software? Can we change the limit for the number of payments in a batch manually anywhere in the settings? It would be absolutely ridiculous when 40 payments in one batch is considered as 'too many'.Electronic salary payments in upgraded MYOB
Hi Have followed this help file and completed all the steps through to the end. What i'm confused about is that when i return to the bank feed the relevant payment is still unallocated and there is still no payrol transaction to match the bank feed to https://help.myob.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=73403508#expand-Todownloadthebankfiles It was a couple of months before I realised what had changed in the upgrade. Before then, I was putting the bank feed transactions to wages and salaries which was incorrect. I have reversed those and have about 30 transactions that I need to have properly recorded as wages231Views0likes1Comment
