Invoice Template MYOBAE
some of the computers in our office have upgraded to a new version of word- auto update, and the invoice template now shows the bpay box at the top of the screen, rather than at the bottom. it still shows at the bottom (in the remittance advice) for computers that have not updated. Any idea how we lock the bpay box in place on the template? The remittance advice on the template appears to be locked and uneditable. Thank youMYOB PDF Manager problem on new W11 workstation
I have done a workstation install of AE/DM and PDF Manager on a new W11 workstation. Our first W11 machine on the network. When we print a tax return to this workstation, it prints literally hundreds of pages! This tied up the workstation for a few minutes, and much longer when we delete the pages. Does anyone have a fix for this? I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling PDF manager with no improvement.
Practice Tax not worth the effort
Hi all I have just spent over 2 hours on hold with support for Practice Tax. My query was that I could not generate an invoice for the tax return I was processing in Practice Tax. I was told that they could not help me and they had to discuss with a specialist. When they came back to the call, I was informed that this functionality was not available presently and if I wanted to generate an invoice I could only work in the desktop version. To say that I am unhappy is understatement. How can you possibly in good faith release this product to tax agents with this function not available.
