Invoice Template MYOBAE

some of the computers in our office have upgraded to a new version of word- auto update, and the invoice template now shows the bpay box at the top of the screen, rather than at the bottom.

 

it still shows at the bottom (in the remittance advice) for computers that have not updated.

 

Any idea how we lock the bpay box in place on the template? The remittance advice on the template appears to be locked and uneditable.
