User permissions to use in-tray
Hi, What settings do I tick/need for an employee to access in-tray for purchases entry? I have already selected them to have access to purchases and sales. Is there something within the purchases role that I need to tick? Hi, I installed the lastest MYOB AccountRight update a few days ago (2022.9.0) and since the install some of the purchase invoices I upload using the in-tray are not pre-filling, when before they would. I have found that for some suppliers it is working fine but for others it is not. Wondering if anyone else has had the same problem? TheOCR pre-filling feature is great when working properly as it saves a lot of time by pre-filling information such as supplier details, invoice number, date and purchase amount. Hoping there might be a quick fix?Solved
Myob In Tray
Hello, An increasing number of supplier are sending links to invoices rather than a PDF of the invoice and we actually do the same when we send invoices to customers. When we recieve an invoice from a supplier we normally forward the email to the email address linked to our in-tray or the supplier emails to the in-tray directly, but when the supplier is sending a link to the invoice it is not able to be automatically imported into the in-tray and same goes for our customers that use different accounting software. so it would be good if this was developed as an added feature.
