How to attach RCTI to Remittance advice?
Hello experts, We create RCTI for our suppliers via 'Create Bill'. 'Record Payment' against the bill. We the do 'Send Remittance Advice' At step 3, we want to attach the RCTI to the remittance advice email. How do you we do that? Is there a feature to send RCTI via email using MYOB? (currently we export the pdf and send email with attachment using normal email) Thank you for your help. PS: There is no tech support from MYOB that we pay for? Do we have to rely on community to get things answered? Are they kidding?

Ability to attach RCTI when sending Remittance Advice.
When sending Remittance Advice email, having an ability to attach the RCTI would be immensely helpful. Please add this feature. ---------- Reply from MYOB when asked for this feature: Currently, attaching additional documents, such as RCTI, when sending out remittance advice isn't available.
