Issues changing the remittance Form
I'm having issues where I have made changes to the Remittance Advice under Advance filters however it won't save the message that I added at the bottom of the remittance. Can someone please advise how I can fix this? I have checked that it is using the correct form.How to attach RCTI to Remittance advice?
Hello experts, We create RCTI for our suppliers via 'Create Bill'. 'Record Payment' against the bill. We the do 'Send Remittance Advice' At step 3, we want to attach the RCTI to the remittance advice email. How do you we do that? Is there a feature to send RCTI via email using MYOB? (currently we export the pdf and send email with attachment using normal email) Thank you for your help. PS: There is no tech support from MYOB that we pay for? Do we have to rely on community to get things answered? Are they kidding?Solved
