Employee's super fund membership number is not valid
I am trying to pay an employees superannuation through the "Pay Superannuation' I get error message for employee: "You need to enter a valid employee membership number for this employee" The information the employee provided is The information I got from ATO staple fund is Both doesn't work. I have also tried to remove "00" at the front. Can you please assist?
