If you’re a regular user of the Community Forum you might soon be asked to complete on online survey about your experiences. We would really appreciate if you could take a few minutes to give us your feedback.
A small number of forum users have been surveyed since we unveiled the new-look Community Forum. As I’ve mentioned before, the focus on many of the changes was on improving ease-of-use. Fortunately, the early feedback has been encouraging, suggesting many of the changes have improved the forum and made it easier to use.
However, some users still said they didn’t find it easy to find the information they were looking for. Some said they didn’t know how to find their own posts (just click on your username). Others wanted to know how to get a notification when their question was answered (use subscriptions and automatically subscribe to topics you participate in). Others said searching did not return relevant results (try advanced search to refine your search terms).
The browsing and searching section of the Forum Help should provide some further assistance. Also, please feel free to contact me or one of our forum moderators any time if you would like any assistance in getting the most out of the forum.
It was another busy week on the forum, with 200 new members and over 500 posts. Our top contributors were Tazinx, MummaMia, Mike_James, JenPerram and Nicquel. Tazinx also had multiple posts marked as Accepted Solutions.
Thank you to all those community members who assisted others on the forum this week.
