Are you serious?? This has been a known defect since AR2011.1.
Further, Emile told me it was fixed in 2015.2 and that the problem was at my end. Please see:

I understand that something that is happening to multiple files indicates it is a problem with the program. However I am unable to replicate the problem at all in 2015.1 with different computers so I can only conclude that it is not a problem with the program but something environmental.
Have you tried preforming a clean reinstall of AccountRight? This Support Note can take you through the process.

What have your developers been doing for the past 4.5 years?
And, they still haven't fixed the defect that the dollar signs cannot be turned off. I would have thought that would be simple enough, but that has also been a known defect since 2011.1.
