I have just finally been able to get in after trying last night and for quite a while this morning, however the speed feels like I'm back on dial up.
It also appears that the data has been restored back to earlier yesterday as a couple of transactions I had posted/started late yesterday before it went down need redoing.
My advice to users is just keep trying until you get back in, not the best option but in reality our only one.
My advice to MYOB, fix the problem and put better backup/recovery strategies in place.
We basically get forced into using cloud products, well aware that if the cloud goes down we are up the proverbial creek without a paddle however there is not sufficient backup/recovery options from those we are paying for the service (and continually get fee increases for 'improvements' to the product).
I like others may now miss issuing invoices in time to be paid in the next pay run by the customers, which can have a massive impact on the small businesses trying to keep this country on its feet.
PS and I obviously spoke to soon as I have just lost access to my file again
PPS I have my dashboard back but as soon as you try to do anything you just get an error message
