This isn't an MYOB systems fault, it's a failure of the cloud service provider impacting THEIR client MYOB, and therefore all MYOB customers.
So MYOB won't be able to provide much information until the cloud service is restored.
"Our cloud service provider is currently experiencing a major outage affecting the Australia East region. This is impacting our customers and the ability to access their company files on AccountRight and MYOB Business".
