Appears some datafiles are running and some are not.
About 20% of the ones I hvae access to are not working. So it is definitely more than a "small number" that are still offline.
Your location, other than the fact that you are in AU or NZ so your data is hosted in the Microsoft Azure Australia East DC, has nothing to do with it. So posting your location is not shedding any light on the matter.
The Microsoft Azure status can be found here https://azure.status.microsoft/en-us/status The remaining datafiles will not come back online until either Microsoft resolves their final issues or MYOB restores the data to servers that are back online.
