Cannot operate my business due to this outage and have not even received an email explainig what is going on..... Totally unprofessional performance from MYOB. Very difficult to get information and no ability to speak to someone. This total disregard for clients is unacceptable. Failure to liase makes this company even worse than Qantas. Information is needed to support their loyal customers immediately.
Their abject failure ensures that I will be looking to other providers in due course. You find out everything about a company when they are under pressure. Big fail MYOB.
