Thanks to this outage my staff remain unpaid and a few of them having to wait till Monday to be paid due to being with a different bank and processing times.
We didn't even receive notice that there was an outage and had to find out the hard way. If we had of known that there was schedule maintenance on the 28th we would've processed our finances earlier to avoid delays like this occurring. Our payroll is 5 people so I feel sorry for those who have 10 let alone 40+ unpaid employees. There needs to be a better back up plan to cater to these outages and not have users being left in the dark until it magically loads again.
