As a MYOB Essentials user and still unable to access the service, I have escalated this beyond the Community Forum as I believe MYOB need to be exposed and held accountable for this massive failure of their cloud based services across multiple regions which has seriously affected businesses, people and their livelihoods.
More importantly to consider, what is the actual cause of this massive outage? Has their cloud based service been hacked? Have they compromised the data of thousands of businesses across the globe or at least in the Pacific region? Is your business data even recoverable?
Don't sit there twiddling your thumbs, start phoning some serious players!
