To the myob moderator,
I don't believe when you say the vast majority of customers have now had their issues resolved. As you can see by this forum there are plenty of customers who's issue isn't resolved whatsoever, just tell the truth. MYOB has really let all of us down and to be honest your customer service is about in line with Telstra.
Thanks for posting vague responses, just tell us you've lost our data..............................
