Customer service and customer relations are crucial. There has been no communication from Myob about these critical outages (apart from a Website announcement). We have not been able to access Myob since 11:22am yesterday morning. No word from Myob on a day where we had month end, payroll and invoicing critical processes to complete. As at 11:03am today we are still not able to access Myob. Small business relies heavily on their accounting systems to operate. selvaganapathy Myob has cost small business significantly. Your crisis management plans need a significant overhaul and appropriate redundancies put in place to avoid such events occuring in the future.
