Hi, I've been able to get into AccountRight since last night & all fine again today, but I only have a small company file - Akld, NZ
It's incredibly poor that MYOB senior management haven't responded to Users directly regarding the current situation and future assurances. MYOB have proven themselves subpar & the only solution is to change to another much more reliable provider. I guess the first question in the systems evaluation would be standard of service, continuity and customer support.
