After reviewing the situation, it appears that this is connected to the reported issue, and our team is actively addressing the matter. To assist you further, I will include your account in the queue for investigation and resolution. This way, we'll ensure that the fix is addressed in the order it was received.
So becuase I am in the live chat I now go ahead of everyone else who is waiting. This is grossly unfair as everyone needs to be put back online, not just becuase I hunted further for answers.
She has now come back with - Again, we do understand. However, there's no timeframe released yet.
So no idea when it will be working.
