Good Afternoon to all the very fustrated MYOB users. Well, at leased on our side it is a good afternoon we just login at Sydney.
MYOB went off air at 10pm on Wednesday 30Sep and now after 38 hours we are back on air for how long who knows.
We have been using MYOB for the passed 20 years and over many years customer service and support has slipped into the minus region.
We all understand that sofware or hardware glitches can happen - BUT NOT FOR A 38 HRS DOWN TIME.
MYOB management wake up or you will loose your client to your opposition.
It is now your responsibility and objective to provide better customer service.
