Hi,
I am now only able to logon to one of the companies - User ID: Administrator (owner) works for one of the companies but not the other - I am assuming this is one of the login problems you are talking about? (both companies are on the same serial number with two subscriptions paid for).
I have used the Open In Web Browser tab (via the company that will open) and am able to see both companies but when I try to open the second company it asks for User ID: and then rejects Administrator with a something went wrong screen.
Note: when I logon to my.MYOB account without going through the AccountRight PC version Standard V2023.7, there are no products listed - only the subscription details.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
