Hi ElisaC,
Sure thing! If you’ve already completed the setup and business verification for Online Payments, there usually isn’t anything extra you need to switch on for PayPal or PayPal Pay in 4. Those payment options are normally made available automatically for eligible businesses once Online Payments is active.
A few things can stop PayPal Pay in 4 from showing though, such as:
- Invoices outside the $30 to $2,000 range
- Invoices using negative line items for discounts or credit notes
- Invoices with an Amount Paid or Freight value
- The customer not being an eligible Australian resident
- Certain restricted merchant category codes
You might also find the PayPal FAQs at the bottom of this link handy, as they go through the common reasons those payment options may not appear.
Cheers,
Princess
Hi Princess_R
Thanks for your reply.
The things you have listed that may stop PayPal Pay in 4 from showing through are not relevant to the invoices I was sending. The only options showing is Credit/Debit, Google & Apple Pay. We dont have Bpay selected as a payment option.
Can I get this looked into further as we would like to have it as a payment option?
Thanks
ElisaC
