    Thanks for your post. Great question indeed ! 

     

    Canstar doesn't outline specifically which product lines are measured within their research sample, but we can confirm MYOB was awarded for its small business products, which incorporate MYOB Business and AccountRight. We're delighted with this recognition; we've got a lot of new features in both MYOB Business and AccountRight for you to explore.

     

    I do acknowledge that AccountRight is the preferred product for many customers, and we continue to support the product at this stage. 

    However, MYOB is focused more on the cloud platform MYOB Business due to its flexibility and the choice it offers for multiple integrations.

    Thank you. I had typed and deleted a number of incredulous responses since receiving the original post notification. None of my comments were as polite as yours. I don't think anyone in this forum could have been one of the surveyed users.

    Yep, I know exactly what you mean.

     

    Nobody on support seems to know much about AccountRight any longer and I had the experiance yesterday of being told by a client when they phoned for support the person they spoke with said the solution to their problem was to use the Web Browser version.

     

    In fact, that was *exactly* the wrong answer.  Sigh.....

    MYOB appears to have 2 distinct products - AccountRight and MYOB Business.

     

    AccountRight seems to be in wind down mode and MYOB Business is MYOB preferred product.

    Please comment.

     

    Being a old timer, AccountRight is easier to use.

     

    Which product did Canstar rank?

     

    Maybe MYOB is on an upward trend.
