Just curious, point three in the above about users requiring multiple AccountRight files open at the same time with different logins appears to have remained the same in the re-release of SSO. Was there any development or review of this in the meantime? It appears the answer is no option but to set up same user in multiple files which is not always practical for a business and having to log out and back in constantly is very inefficient. Is this likely to change or is this a permanent issue customers now face?
Hi, They did fix it and then they gave us notice that as of today you have to have the same login email. I actually used Chat GPT to ask for the specific steps I needed to take to be able to have multiple files open. It essentially involved choosing one email to be my "login email for all businesses" (previously i had a different email for each business. I then sent an invite from the other business email to the new central email- giving it full access. Now I login with one email but both businesses come up and it allows me to have both open.

Love the use of AI for an everyday solution. And you're spot on that there is a change to how people have previously done things when they wanted to have multiple files open at the same time. The solution of a central email/login for all files is the right move
