Hi Mike,
We need to understand more about this move and all contact we had with MYOB support was not helpful. We are currently on a subscription for AR Live Premier with Payroll (offering 1 online file) and have been for the last 10-15 years. One of your sales decided to expire our subs but has been reinstated although not quite sure if is still the same.
We will convert our files to the latest version of AR but will keep them offline (we purchased 65 files and have around 55 active). What are our options? Under current subscription we can have unlimited files offline. Just want an honest answer not a sale pitch. Thank you

The latest version of AccountRight still allows you to choose if you'd like to work offline or online. More information on the differences can be found on this page. It would be best to chat with our billing team to discuss your options, I can see your currently in contact with them now and have reached out to them to follow up on your questions.
