I can’t see any evidence that SSO has been implemented today with AccountRight Desktop .
I am still dealing with the same old tedious login method. There was also no prompt to update, no obvious updater menu item to check for updates manually, and the support workflow is broken. Incongruously, attempting to contact support through My Account leads to a “can’t contact support, need administrator access, click here to contact support” message doom loop, despite this being an account I have been the only user of for around 30 years. I also recently set up a passkey, but it cannot actually be used to sign in to AccountRight Desktop.
What is the latest on SSO?

We will be re-releasing SSO later this afternoon, I will make sure to come and update you once live! Typically you won't be prompted to update your AccountRight software as it automatically downloads and installs new versions in the background.
At the moment, passkeys as an additional sign in option is only available in the web browser. I'll make sure to pass your feedback on for future improvements.
Regarding your My Account dashboard, can you please send me a direct message confirming which email address you're signing in with and I'll follow up for you.
