Has anyone had the issue where the YTD amounts in STP are incorrect for an employee however when you look at the YTD on the date of their last pay earlier in the year, it was correct? it has now gone down?
unsure how to check this and ensure its correct before finalising year end
I have one employee with overtime missing. Also I have the same issue YTD amount has gone down for this employee.
