Thanks Mike for your suggestion. We’ll give Server Edition a try, as the browser version doesn’t completely meet our needs.

We have multiple users working in the online file, and we use offline backups to review historical data - particularly in case any inadvertent changes are made to the live file.

Just to clarify my original question: after 17 June, we won't be able to restore an offline backup as a local file on our PC?

In your post you wrote '...create offline backups from time to time. We do occasionally restore these backups as a local file in our library. Will we still be able to restore as a local file after 17th June?'

Thought I would add to reply by Mike_MYOB - after 17 June 2026, you will no longer be able to make these offline backups. Comments by Mike_MYOB about using Server Edition only applies to backups you have made before 17 June 2026.
