Agreed, a poor decision from MYOB. What is the point of sending an email to tell me there's a new invoice and not sending the invoice by email as you currently do? Send email, save or print attachment, job done.
Now you gotta go to the website, type in your email address, open your authenticator, type in the authentication code, go to the accounts page, find the invoice, download it, save or print it, sign out.
Hardly exciting news.

These types of unnecessary and accumulating technology-based tasks are fast becoming the NUMBER ONE productivity killer for small businesses.
All from a company that's supposed to understand small business and, even more ironically, specialise in invoicing.
Exciting? No.
Infuriating? Yes.
