Asking us to log in somewhere to download an invoice that could have been attached to an email is the total opposite of what you say you're trying to do.
QUESTION 1: Will this be downloadable by all registered users, or only the owners/admins? I sure hope I'm not the one who has to download it for one of my colleagues because they don't have the appropriate access.
QUESTION 2: Does this also indicate that in the near future we'll lose the ability to attach a PDF invoice to OUR outgoing sales invoices?
We have one other supplier/service provider who makes us do this. They don't even send us an email, so in that respect you're a step ahead but I'll give you one guess what my complaint is every time they invite us to participate in a survey or provide feedback... Please reconsider and reverse this decision.

For question 1;
The Primary and the Billing contacts on an account will have the ability to access the bill
(The Billing contact is the person who receives the email)
For question 2;
No, I am not aware of any plans to remove the ability for our customers to attach an invoice as PDF.

We are reviewing whether it is possible to continue attaching PDF in future based on customer feedback as well as the ability to have our invoices sent straight to customer in-trays which has also been mentioned in this thread- H-TS3 months agoTrusted User
