I never usually comment but agree with everyone here. Seems pointless sending an email without an invoice attached prompting a download which I will probably attach to an email to send to my In-tray as I do with all other invoices. One or two other suppliers do this now and it annoys me. Ranks with when NZPost use to send me an email saying there was post in my PO box which when picked up happened to be the invoice for the annual feel for the PO Box - thankfully they now email it.
What would have been more useful perhaps would have been the option to go to my in-tray direct.
May be it's time to review XERO again??
