So now, instead of just forwarding my MYOB bill email to my uploads ... I read an email, go to another application, login and authenticate, find where billing is in My Account, download and save my bill, then email it to my uploads or search my files to find and attach the bill to the bank transaction.

How many customers have you just created extra work for?
