I agree with everyone above, it is a waste of our time to have to download our invoices manually. This is for the benefit of MYOB exclusively and for no benefit to any of your customers.
Not very happy about this change.
Should I look for a new provider? (I suppose MYOB knows is time consuming to swap bookkeeping software, and therefore we are left with less options).
Very unhappy about this change.
Disappointing to say the least!
I'd better investigate Xero as other users have suggested....
