Just received an email saying I would be getting an invoice. I sincerely hope that is not the case. I have already attempted to close my account as I cannot link bank accounts to it (despite MYOB assuring me that I could - before I paid). I have lodged a complaint with MYOB and you have done nothing. Sending an email saying that another bil is coming is extremely insulting. Your customer service is appalling.
