Hey Myob, in the last six months MYOB has caused more trouble for me than in the last 30 years. The decisions you have made show utter contempt for your customers, this latest stunt which was presented as a 'New look for your invoice' turns out to be yet another hurdle for us to jump through. Many of us have set up our in boxes to download and translate PDF invoices, why take that away? Myob though has started to remove functionality, and clearly will not respond to, or consider Customer's concerns. Its almost like you are daring us to move to another provider.
