I NEED a PDF copy of the invoice attached to the emailed invoice I send because I regularly have to refer back to it when a customer challenges saying they haven't received the original email (which happens quite regularly) because MYOB doesn't notify when an email is incorrectly written and bounced back, ALSO I NEED our bank account details on the invoice because we still have 70% of our customers use direct deposit. If I cannot get these two very important pieces of information on the invoices I send out I am going to have to change my accounting software.
