Listen to your customers MYOB - they are what keep you in business.
An update to "simplify my MYOB bill and managing my account easier" that creates more work for the customer is not "streamlining" my account.
I have a request to customer service (the department that services customers), please continue to email me a monthly pdf invoice.
I cancelled a credit card as the provider was no longer going to email me a monthly statement.
