I absolutely see the feedback about putting the invoice to customers in-tray and I can confirm that the development team are considering this as a possible enhancement in future.
Although it would seem a no-brainer for most customers, that solution would not be suitable for everyone, there will be plenty to consider when working through the solution.
It is a no brainer. We get our invoices from Bunnings in the in-tray and its an opt-in in system.
How on earth hasn't someone at MYOB thought that maybe MYOB customers may want their invoices in the in-tray. It's literally what your system's whole purpose is - to record expenses and attach the invoice. I cant think of an example where one of your customers wouldn't want it to happen.
You need to make some faster decisions in your dev team - this is downright embarrassing stuff for MYOB. You have zero understanding of your users experience
