I've posted on the ATO Community page asking how we object to these requirements. If enough people start questioning it maybe we can get some traction and have the requirements rolled back.
I have commented on your post also objecting and requesting they be retracted. If we hear nothing or very little, I will start a separate thread.

Where in the ATO instructions to software developers does it include the requirement that after 20 - 30 minutes of inactivity, the screen is locked and the user will have to re-login.
Great idea, I have added a reply to your comment there too. (Albeit with a typo I can't work out how to fix :( )
