I've just had one of my users tell me they've been timed out twice today even though this isn't supposed to start till 27/11. We use the desktop version and had the forced update come through yesterday.

I can confirm these changes won't take place until the 27th of November. It sounds like they may have received an application operation timeout error? If so, this forum post has instructions on how to run the Timeout Extender for MYOB AccountRight. Hope that helps, feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
