Mike_MYOB can you and MYOB STOP throwing the ATO Under the bus and wiping your hands of all responsibility for just a moment?
Yes the ATO have dealt you a bad hand, but MYOB are not trying to make the best of this situation by for example actually improving your login flow and standards... For a start.. Enabling Push Notifications and secondly Fixing your overly time wasting login process and thirdly Fixing the fact that after a certain period of time... the cookies cause infinite redirects...
Instead of playing the victim, maybe MYOB should be advocating for it's customers?
....and yes you may have developed a solution that the ATO is happy with but they are one stakeholder. There may be more solutions - which would actually not disruption your user community so much and might still appease the ATO.....it is the complete lack of consideration of the usability of your increasingly unusable software which has everyone annoyed.
You are just incredibly lucky that it takes some effort to change. If it was a 5 minute process none of us would be talking to you trying to get MYOB to reconsider - we'd be already gone.
