Hey Alplasco
The idea has been mentioned on our Ideas Exchange already but it's unlikely we'll explore updating the login requirements. I understand it may take a bit to get used to but we've made these changes to best protect your sensitive business data in case you aren't at your desk to prevent unauthorised access.
I find this all quite intrusive. So we pay for the use of your MYOB accounting system (and we pay a lot) but that's as far MYOB should be involved. Do you know that OUR business is not yours to protect! We are capable of providing the level of security that we find necessary for our own individual buisness. I use MYOB every day at various times of the day and there are sometimes periods of inactivity that are longer than 30 mins. All businesses are not working madly in MYOB every minute of the day but we need it open for what we need to do and when we need to do it. Logging in multiple times is absurdly unnecessary and very frustrating. Doesn't make for a pleasant work environment. I was logged out this morning already and I couldn't just re-enter my password (as it said I should) but I had to close the whole thing and login from scratch again, VERY FRUSTRATING. Can we expect a reduction on our subscriptions for this mess you are forcing on us? I will certainly be looking at other options, and quickly.

Hey SuzySS
The changes went live this morning, we are aware of the issues users were facing trying to access their software. We've temporarily disabled the inactivity timeout for AccountRight while we investigate further, unsure if this is related to the inactivity change or not but will update you as soon as I have more information.

Good luck. Seems MYOB just screw up almost everything - without asking us, their clients.

I agree with the above statement. Well said
