You need to disable the Inactivity lock-out thing as it doesn't work for too many people. Many of my team get constant crashes and need to restart AccountRight therefore losing what they were doing when they stopped to answer a call or see a customer. The timeframe for when it locks is ridiculous and unworkable. Even without the constant crashes, it is an ill-thought out PITA.
